Philadelphia, the city where American independence was born, the cradle of American freedom and liberty, will welcome Ukraine by raising the Ukrainian Flag at City Hall. Please wear your best vyshyvanka or your national dress, or wear blue and yellow (colors of Ukraine), bring your children with you, and celebrate Ukrainian Independence with us!

This event is free to the public, no RSVP or registration is needed.
