Ukraine Action Summit, Sep 18-Sep 20, Washington, D.C.
A community Advocacy Event on the Hill
Sunday, Sep 18 through Tuesday, Sep 20, 2022
Washington, D.C.
Members of the American Coalition for Ukraine are excited to announce our first-ever Ukraine Action Summit to be held in Washington, D.C., from September 18th-20th, 2022. We invite individuals and organizations — from within as well as beyond the Ukrainian community — who are invested in advocating our elected officials to continue helping Ukraine to prevail against the russian invasion.
The Summit will be an opportunity for groups and advocates from all over the U.S. to exchange best advocacy practices and to continue educating our elected representatives about why the U.S. must support Ukraine in prevailing. The Action Summit will consist of a collaborative advocacy workshop, a roundtable discussion with representatives of organizations who are present, meetings with congressional offices, and a reception in the Rayburn House Office Building on Tuesday evening.
Join us to ensure your representatives in Congress remember that helping Ukraine defend itself is a moral imperative and in the national interest of the United States. Once you sign up, we will schedule meetings for you and the other advocates from your state with the members of Congress who represent your state and district.
The registration deadline for the Ukraine Action Summit has passed. As of September 14th, we are no longer able to schedule meetings for any additional registrants. Unless another attendee from your district/state is already attending, it is likely that your schedule over the three days of the Summit will not be very full. If, knowing this, you still wish to attend, please fill out the form below.

Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you all in Washington!
Travel & Accommodations
Once you register, you will want to book your travel to DC and your accommodations as soon as possible. Our collaborative Advocacy Workshop will start at 2pm ET on Sunday, September 18, and our event will conclude with a reception in the evening on Tuesday, September 20.
Limited Virtual Component
While most will be coming in-person to Washington, D.C., we will have a limited virtual component. We can assist with setting up virtual meetings for certain individuals, provided no one else is in Washington for the Summit to meet with that office in-person. We do not have a hybrid component to the collaborative workshop on Sunday, the Coalition roundtable on Monday, or the Congressional reception on Tuesday. If you are not able to come to Washington but would like us to help set up a virtual meeting with your congressional office, please email us at summit@americancoalitionforukraine.org.
