The machine-building industry accounts for roughly 10% of Ukrainian GDP and produces machinery and equipment for virtually every sector of the economy. The industry has been in the news recently through the GE Transportation and Ukrainian Railways $1 billion diesel locomotive supply deal. Local content will rise to 40% with components to be manufactured by Kryukovsky Railway Car Building Works. Additionally it was announced that Yuzhmash is supplying rocket engines for the European Space Programme and will be developing the physical infrastructure for the Hyperloop transport system.
Top management of both companies will be presenting at the Forum and will be joined by other national and global industrial leaders, serving industries including aviation, agriculture, energy, transport, defence and many more, including:
Antonov, Aton Group, Discovery Drilling Equipment, Electrovazhmash, FED, Kharkiv Tractor Plant, NIKMAS Concern, Siemens, Smart Maritime Group, Tatra-Yug, Turboatom, UBC Group, Ukroboronprom, UPEC Industrial Group, Wind Parks of Ukraine and many more.
Strategy Council is also holding the Ukrainian Shared Service Centre Forum on 26th April in Lviv and the Ukrainian Agro-Industrial & Food Forum on 31st May in Amsterdam and the same discount is in place for these events as well.
