Glen Howard is an inter-nationally known expert on the region of the Black Sea.  Glen has been writing and commenting on the importance of the area, what has needed to be done by Ukraine, the U.S., NATO and others to defend the area for a long time. Russia is blocking Ukraine's Black Sea ports which is stopping the export of grain and other valuable goods and stopping the import of critically needed inputs.
