On 1 January 2017, the Law "On Amendments to Some Legislative Acts of Ukraine" dated 06.12.2016 No.1774-VIII came into effect. Particular attention should be paid to the changes in the minimum wage rate and the new fines (financial sanctions) introduced into the Labour Code.
