The rich fertile soils of the Ukraine are world famous. CNH Industrial agricultural brands Case IH and New Holland Agriculture are an established force, supporting the entire range of agribusinesses, from the family farmer right through to the very largest agricultural enterprises.

NEW HOLLAND AGRICULTURE: CLOSE TO UKRAINIAN FARMERS

New Holland Agriculture’s connections with the Ukraine date back to May 1997. Today, Ukraine’s farmers can count on seven dealers, which ensure complete geographical coverage. The full product range comprising combine and forage harvesters, balers and tractors, from compact TD5 models through to the most powerful 700hp T9 range, are sold. New Holland combines are the market leaders in the Ukraine, testament to their advanced harvesting capabilities.

New Holland Agriculture’s commitment to Ukrainian farming is confirmed through its long-standing support of the Agrarian Elite of Ukraine programme, which seeks to promote and reward the most advanced and innovative agricultural practitioners.

Its ‘Close to Farmers’ philosophy was reinforced in 2014, following a country-wide demonstration programme, which brought the full range of agricultural equipment, including precision farming solutions, to the country’s farmers. This 15-stop tour crossed the nation, bringing the latest agricultural advances direct to farmers. This has been further enhanced in 2015, as customers purchasing combine and forage harvesters and large square balers have been provided with free training sessions to enable them to optimise their machines’ productivity.

NEW HOLLAND HELPS ESTABLISH A SPREADING WORLD RECORD IN THE UKRAINE

In 2014 New Holland Agriculture partnered with Brochard, a French manufacturer of manure spreaders, to establish a new manure spreading world record. Ukraine was the natural choice for such an undertaking with its large flat fields.

The impressive New Holland T9.615, 613hp tractor was used to pull the mighty Brochard Constructeur spreader, and spread 4,217 tonnes of manure covering some 221.8 hectares in a twenty-four hour period.
