COVID-19: Information to keep your business one step ahead

As the global COVID-19 pandemic progresses, it is clear that one of the key challenges facing business is simply keeping up with the ever-changing landscape as governments seek to balance the requirement to constrain transmission and support their economies.
At DLA Piper, we’re working hard to respond to client demand for information that helps them stay on top of this changing picture through the provision of information in our Coronavirus Resource Center. Last week we launched an updated third edition of our global guide to government measures designed to support businesses across 46 jurisdictions as well as a multi-jurisdiction guide to some of the most important questions clients need to know the answers to on a country-by-country basis.
In addition to our guides, we’re running a comprehensive programme of webinars, designed to provide practical solutions and actionable support. You can now also search our Resource Center by country to find the information you need more quickly.
Our Coronavirus Monitoring Team is now bringing industry-tailored support to clients requiring real-time knowledge of changing legislation and regulation. For example, we are providing daily monitoring service across 12 jurisdictions, focusing on the movement of people and issues relating to the food ingredient industry; for another, we provide a regulatory update and monitoring service focused on the implementation of trade restrictions affecting key medical devices across 17 key jurisdictions; and for a global logistics, services and facilities group, we tracked fast-moving legislative and regulatory changes across more than 50 jurisdictions providing a baseline from which to address the implications of lock-down for their business.
In these cases, our monitoring service provides business-critical intelligence, advice and insights which are of importance to our clients' global supply chain and customer base. If our service may be able to help your business, you can download our brochure or simply speak to your regular DLA Piper advisor.
In these difficult days we want you to know that our priority is helping our clients to overcome the challenges posed by the pandemic to emerge fighting fit. Whether we are working from our homes or offices, we are here, as always, for you.
