(2) The International Charitable Foundation for the Development of the Holodomor Victims Memorial, Kyiv, Ukraine is a charitable organisation, established for engaging Ukrainian and foreign benefactors in the construction and creation of the museum exhibit. The Foundation, together with the museum, shall be the owner of the exhibit design, to be developed by the designer group. In this part, the Foundation shall be in charge for financing the works from the charity funds raised through the fundraising campaign.
