KYIV - The world continues to watch the unprecedented devastation to our homeland and our people. Though it is difficult to watch this conflict escalate from afar, we are living the unbearable realities of uncertainty, fear and loss.  

We stand united, side by side as Ukrainians. We stand in solidarity, side by side as humans. We stand with those who are suffering.

When this conflict started, our first action was to ensure the safety of our employees and independent sales force providing emergency support. We continue to explore all opportunities to offer assistance.

We made an emergency donation of UAH 1 million to the Ukrainian Red Cross Society. The donation will provide humanitarian relief to the population of cities most impacted by the conflict. Our Mary Kay Family around the world has made various donations to organizations like the International Committee of the Red Cross, who are on the frontlines supporting humanitarian emergency efforts here in our beloved Ukraine and neighboring European countries. We will continue to be involved and to understand the increasing emergency needs and how we can continue to offer our support.

We remain hopeful for a resolution to this tragic humanitarian crisis. And together, we stand united.
