MYRON RABIJ SETS UP HIS OWN LEGAL PRACTICE IN NEW YORK CITY
Myron B. Rabij, the seasoned former head of Energy and Real Estate at Dentons Kyiv, has set up his own legal practice in New York City, RABIJ Law and Consulting. He continues to assist US and Ukrainian clients navigate market entries into and seek commercial ties with the US, Ukraine and CEE.
The new RABIJ Law and Consulting firm has joined the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), www.USUBC.org, Washington, D.C.
A resident in Ukraine for 22 years, Myron currently splits his time between New York and Kyiv. With 28 years of extensive and varied cross-border experience, Myron focuses his practice on corporate, M&A and commercial cross-border transactions and contract work, due diligence and deal structuring and consulting with a focus in the oil and gas, energy and RES, industrial, IT and venture tech, and commercial real estate sectors.
Mr. Rabij is very well known and highly regarded in the Ukrainian legal market, a long-time supporter of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), www.USUBC.org and a frequent speaker at roundtables and conferences and a writer. He is fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
Myron holds Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree from University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from Colgate University.
