Ukraine Global Scholars (UGS) is a public charity raising a new generation of Ukrainian leaders. Each year, our team identifies exceptionally talented high school students across Ukraine, all from modest backgrounds, and guides them through the application process to American boarding schools and colleges. On the back end, we work with educational institutions to ensure that our scholars receive full scholarships and all the necessary financial support to travel to the US and other countries and enroll in full-time high school and undergraduate programs. All admitted UGS scholars complete summer internships in Ukraine, leveraging their education and already making a difference in Ukraine. After graduation, students return to Ukraine within five years and take full-time positions in Ukraine-based businesses/organizations for at least five years.

Since 2015, we have helped 100 Ukrainian high school students receive $28M+ (twenty-eight million US dollars) in scholarships. Our younger scholars (ages 15 through 17) are currently enrolled at top boarding schools, including Phillips Andover Academy, Choate Rosemary Hall, the Taft School, Deerfield Academy, the Lawrenceville School, and others. Our older scholars (ages 18 through 19) have been admitted at Harvard, Stanford, MIT, NYU Abu Dhabi, Columbia University, Yale University, Dartmouth College, and others.
