The conference, hosted by the U.S. Commercial Service, in collaboration with the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (AmCham Ukraine) and the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) took place on September 16 at the InterContinental Kyiv.

The event provided Ukrainian businesses with key insights into Western legal principles and best practices, focusing on strengthening business connections with U.S. and international prime contractors to support Ukraine’s economic recovery. Dmytro Filonenko, USUBC’s Senior Manager for Partnership and Business Development in Kyiv, moderated the panel on “Business Environment Expectations”, featuring leading U.S. government contractor ECC, SOC, and corporate intelligence company COSA. The discussion highlighted the importance of fostering critical commercial linkages with the future Ukrainian subcontractors for future growth and collaboration.
