Headquartered in Sarasota – Florida, Global Ordnance LLC (GlobalOrdnance.com) is a force multiplier within the commercial and defense military industries supporting a wide array of equipment, ammunition and firearms.

As a Veteran Owned Small Business and prime systems integrator, Global Ordnance LLC procures and delivers worldwide U.S.-standard and non-standard (Non-U.S.) ammunition, supplies, weapons and platforms.

GO partners with its domestic and international customers and leverages its low-cost structure and core competencies in Sourcing, Logistics and Program Management to deliver even in challenging situations.

Global Ordnance LLC has spent years building relationships with global manufacturers and distributors of ammunition, firearms and equipment for our military and law enforcement contracts. Global Ordnance also sells products in the U.S. commercial shooting sports market.  

Global Ordnance was founded in 2013 as a subcontractor supporting the U.S. Defense market.  In 2015, Global Ordnance earned its first major direct award from the U.S. Government which was a 5-year Basic Ordering Agreement by US SOCOM for Ammunition, Weapons, Accessories, & Training.

After having proven performance for US SOCOM, in 2017 Global Ordnance was awarded 5-year IDIQ contract from US Army Material Command for non-standard Ammunition, Mortar Weapon Systems, & Accessories. This Army contract was the catalyst for its U.S. Government defense business which continues strong to this day.

Global Ordnance earned awarded several successor contracts since 2017 and has expended to selling internationally.  2019 was a transformative year for Global Ordnance when it acquired Chemring Military Products Inc. (“CMP”), a subsidiary company of Chemring Group PLC. The acquisition added more non-standard defense goods experience, and a top-notch program management and engineering team.

The company leveraged this acquisition to expand and improve its U.S. and international defense business, and to date has delivered over $1B in standard and non-standard goods to the U.S. and around the globe.

Global Ordnance has a long-standing relationship with Ukraine and many other Eastern European countries, which includes both import and export of defense and humanitarian goods. Global Ordnance is working diligently with various U.S. Government agencies in furtherance of U.S. policy to assist Ukraine as it defends itself and fights desperately for its freedom.
