KYIV: On October 8, USUBC hosted an interactive working breakfast with Priscilla Toffano, the newly appointed International Monetary Fund (IMF) Resident Representative in Ukraine. The meeting provided USUBC members with an opportunity to engage with Dr. Toffano in valuable discussions on Ukraine’s economic landscape, investment activities and on-going reforms. Moderated by Irina Paliashvili, Acting President of USUBC, the event was held as an open and constructive dialogue, allowing USUBC members to share their concerns and proposals on the fundamental issues affecting their business activities.

USUBC is immensely grateful to Dr. Toffano for her important insights on the IMF's ongoing support and program for Ukraine, and her willingness to exchange ideas and address the concerns of USUBC members regarding current government policies, including in the areas of taxation, finance, currency controls and many others.

As a strong international voice for doing business in Ukraine, USUBC is committed to continuing its advocacy efforts to support its members and partners operating in the country.
