Introducing the USUBC Legal Series:

The Legal Series will be a regular on-going series of webinars on the legal topics of crucial interest to USUBC membership.  In the future, hybrid and in-person events will be added to the webinar series.

The Legal Series will be conducted exclusively by USUBC member-law firms, and will be available exclusively to the USUBC membership.  This will allow USUBC membership to benefit from the collective knowledge and experience of the leading Ukrainian and international law firms – fellow USUBC members. Each webinar will be dedicated to a topic or a sector of economy, and will present a panel of experts, representing different law firms on a rotating basis.

The Legal Series would allow USUBC members to gain access to important exclusive content on the legal issues they are concerned about on a daily basis and in the long-term.  The webinars will be interactive, the experts will be taking questions from the audience, and Legal Series will consider topics proposed by the USUBC members for the future webinars.  At the same time, USUBC, UBA and participating law firms will not be providing any legal advice, and will not be addressing individual legal issues faced by the members.

The Legal Series will focus on the five key tracks:

  • Current Legal Issues Affecting Business
  • How New and Pending Legislation Affects Business
  • Rebuilding Ukraine
  • Aggressor's Accountability and Justice for Ukraine
  • Specific sectors, including defense, agro, IT, infrastructure, construction, digitalization, energy
