On 25 April in Washington D.C., the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), in cooperation with the Embassy of Italy, held an in-person meeting with Ambassador Davide La Cecilia, Special Envoy for the Reconstruction of Ukraine. The meeting’s topic was “On the Road to URC2025”, and it brought together key U.S. companies involved in Ukraine’s recovery.
Ambassador La Cecilia graciously shared insights on the program and preparation process for the URC2025. He highlighted the importance of Ukraine’s long-term recovery efforts, stating, “It is not a sprint, it is a marathon, but the magnitude of the challenge is immense” and underlining a crucial role in this process of “quality participation of private sector”.
We were pleased to have representatives from a number of distinguished USUBC members, including Bayer AG, Columbia Helicopters, ECC Global, Hill International, Holtec International, L3Harris Technologies Inc, Palladium, SEKO Logistics, Westinghouse Electric Company, as well as representatives from the Department of Commerce and the State Department.
