William Taylor has been actively engaged with Ukraine for almost 30 years. In 2019, he served as Chargé D’Affaires at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv. He served as the U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine from 2006 to 2009. Taylor serves as a Senior Advisor to the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), www.USUBC.org.
